He is an accomplished expert in strategic and change management, with over 23 years of experience in expertise in Distributor Management & B2B Customer Retention Agreements, Marketing, Relationship Building, Operations, Strategic commercial projects and sales initiatives, HR, Quality Management Compliance, Legal and Plant operations amongst others.

Mr. Kareithi has worked extensively in the multinational, service, manufacturing industries and investment companies (Kenya, Uganda, Botswana & South Africa), gaining exemplary practice, networks and knowledge in various business standards and procedures. He has over 15 years of team management and supervision; coaching and mentoring. He has been instrumental in establishing and turn-around of business. He has previously worked in turn strategies of various large organizations including; Sameer Agriculture & Livestock (K) Ltd, Doshi Group (K) Ltd, Olympia Capital Holdings, Mather + Platt (K) Ltd, East Africa Breweries, British American Tobacco (BAT) Eastern Africa, Nation Media Group, and MTN Business Kenya (formerly UUNET Kenya Ltd)

He is a trained and certified professional on Innovation Master Class Programme, Diageo Way of Brand Building (DWBB), Breakthrough Performance Coaching, Bullet Proof Manager Series and Bullet Proof Customer Service Series and Contract law
