Centafrique Limited was contracted by Ellegant Credit Limited in the development of a 5-year Strategic Plan (2023–2027) and an integrated go-to-market strategy to strengthen the organization’s positioning and growth trajectory.

The project involved conducting an in-depth environmental and institutional analysis to inform strategic focus areas and proposing context-appropriate business models aligned with Ellegant Credit’s mission.

Centafrique defined strategic objectives and priority initiatives, developed a robust implementation and monitoring framework with clear success indicators, and assessed funding mechanisms and mobilization strategies. Additionally, a comprehensive go-to-market plan was designed, including financing products, target segments, and activation strategies, alongside risk management instruments tailored to the proposed models. A detailed financial model was developed to guide implementation, and the existing organizational structure was reviewed with recommendations for an optimal structure to support execution, including associated cost implications.
