USDA seeks to support research and analysis of
the livestock value chain in Kenya and 1) Identify opportunities to increase
the resilience and value of Kenya’s livestock sector through technical inputs,
improved genetics or other investments or collaboration, and 2) If products or
services from the U.S. agricultural sector can be leveraged to support and
hence the resilience and value of Kenya’s livestock sector.
The applicant may identify other areas of
emerging importance within Kenya’s livestock value chain that should be
addressed.
